INDOOR NETBALL

Fun and Exercise collide each week here at Inside Sportz when guys and girls get it on in Indoor Netball.

There's Ladies and mixed competition every Wednesday and Thursday nights and every Tuesday morning we have our Daytime Ladies Comp. With nearly a hundred teams playing each week all levels are catered to so remember ‘Everyone Can Play'.

To enter a team all you have to do is find six mates who like to have fun while they exercise. Seven players take the court but the more the merrier is the rule. We play 4 quarters so subbing extra players on and off is easy done. Alternatively you can nominate yourself to join a team and we'll find the right team for you.

The daytime ladies competition (Tuesday mornings) is fantastic for mums because we have free child minding and free tea and coffee.

Remember membership and insurance is also free so get in to Inside Sportz and give it a go.
